It's been awhile and I want to save some fodder for a few more posts this week - consider this my getting back on the horse. Leave comments and I'll post more...really! Maybe! Rest assured, #1Wife and I have been keeping up our part of the cocktail culture bargain - she even went for a cosmopolitan one day last week.
I feel compelled to reiterate here - cocktail culture (and making dad a martini) is not about cocktails culture or making dad 4 martinis. It's a chance to relax, share a drink (one) and visit in person. I mention that because someone asked me the other day, 'how many martinis do you drink a day?' What is this? 1963? Sadly, if I made pitchers of martinis a' la Truman Capote, I'd be walking around in a sling. So the answer is 0.3/day, averaged out over a week.
Okay. Now back to our regularly scheduled program.
Amusing photo of the day - #1Son and Pretend Cousin were both randomly wearing their prison outfits on the same day.
We almost caught them in the police stance but they were too wiggly.
And, as promised, #1Son goes airborne:
Check back in a couple of days for the Secret of Two Diapers (Pampers and Huggies lovers, take note). It is modestly less revolting than it sounds.
Also, if anyone has 2 tickets to the Miami OSU game in Columbus...I am a buyer...leave a comment
